As much as we all may be chocolate or wine "experts" in our own right, it doesn't hurt to have an actual expert walk you through the actual nuances of different wine flavor profiles. In this class with Ophelia M. Santos, Found/Director of WineWise, you will learn all that you need to know about how to pair wine with everyone's favorite sweet treat, chocolate.
Discover the flavors and nuances of Bordeaux, the birthplace of some of the world’s most iconic reds and sweet wines. This workshop walks participants through a tutored tasting of the region’s red and sweet wine appellations then explores creative pairings with a variety of chocolate treats.
