We will go through setting up your company and accounting methods, products, estimates, invoices, payments, and receipts. I will show you how to run reports based on the data you collect through your everyday processes and procedures.

You will learn the following: (1) Set-up your company, (2) Integrate Bank Account Info, (3) How Square integrates and works with Quickbooks, (4) Integrate Quickbooks into your daily operations and processes including set-up a client, create estimate, create invoice, receive and record payments, how to run reports and utilize Quickbooks to track REVENUE and EXPENSES, how to determine COST of GOODS SOLD, FIXED COSTS, and VARIABLE COSTS, Quickbooks and Consultations.

Jay quickly turned Maples Wedding cakes into a leader in custom designed wedding cakes. He continues to be one of the leaders in the cake industry with his unique sense of style of cake design, teaching, product development, speaking, business development and consulting. Jay has studied and worked along side some of the greatest sugar artists in the industry. He believes cakes should be beautiful and delicious.
