If you spend just 10 minutes looking at cakes and cupcakes on social media, it won't take long to come across at least one or two sugar creations that are inspired by succulent plants. In this demo, you'll see how Isomalt can be the perfect medium for creating realistic succulents!
Watch Sidney Galpern use pulled sugar isomalt to hand sculpt the California Sunset and dust it to bring it to life! The entire succulent arrangement as shown is a part of a full 6 hour class, but in this 45 minute demo you will see how to create the slender branch on the far right side of the image.
