Decorating sugar cookies can be fun, relaxing and TIME CONSUMING! Don't you wish there was a faster way to create some of your favorite, elegant cookie designs? In this hands-on class, you will discover quick tricks & techniques for creating cookie designs using edible lace and royal icing.
In this class, you will create 2 cookie designs. These techniques can be used for a variety of applications such as on cakes, cookies and gingerbread houses.
All supplies will be provided by the instructor.

Donald Joiner. Cake Designer, Sugar Artist, and Owner of CBC Designs, LLC. Born and raised in South Louisiana, I grew up with a knowledge of making homemade candies from my Grandmother and basic cake decorating skills from my Aunt. In College I studied Graphic Design and Visual Arts. In 1993 I used these skills and knowledge to open my first cake business and joined the International Cake Exploration Society in 1995. In 2005 I moved to Orlando, Florida to work with a major entertainment company producing custom design sugar art. Throughout the years as a Professional Cake Designer, Instructor, and Graphic Design Artist I combined my skills to create CBC Designs, LLC to provide unique cake supplies.
In 2017 I created Lagniappe, launching a line of products using state of the art technology, to design and produce custom molds, cutters, embossers, and stencils that are used as embellishments by the Sugar Art industry.
