Are masks required at USS 2021?

Maintaining a healthy and safe environment is of the utmost importance to us! Therefore, face coverings are required in both the classrooms and Exhibit Hall space. To learn more about our Health & Safety Protocols, we recommend that you review our complete policy here.

What type of masks will meet the mask requirement at USS21?

All face coverings (whether disposable or reusable) must: (1) fully cover the nose and mouth and secure under the chin, (2) fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face, and (3) be secured with ties or ear loops and allow the wearer to remain hands-free. At this time, based on guidance from health authorities, neck gaiters, open-chin triangle bandanas, face coverings containing valves, mesh material or holes, and open-chin plastic face shields of any kind are not acceptable face coverings.
