If you're in to chocolate and want to learn how to make edible decorations out of this delicious medium, check out this 3 hour class where you will learn the art of properly tempering chocolate, how to make your own modeling chocolate and how to create a chocolate rose.
Each student will create a small chocolate box that could be used as wedding decorations, holiday gifts, or for your favorite valentine.

About Chef Joseph
Chef Joseph Cumm, CEPC currently works for CSM Bakery Solutions. Throughout the year, you can also find him traveling the country teaching many different techniques for all things pastry. Chef Joe has been creating pastry for the past 20 years and teaching pastry arts for the past 10 years. He is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Johnson and Wales University where he was trained as a classical pastry chef. In 2010, he was nominated for Teacher of the Year for Two-Year colleges in the state of Virginia. Chef Joe takes great pride in teaching all aspects of pastry and enjoys watching his students push themselves to levels they never knew existed. His cakes’ and desserts have appeared in several magazines.
